Heart & soul
Soul Kitchen is owned by chef, and taste-obsessive, Olivier Vati. Olivier, originally from the French Caribbean paradise of Guadeloupe, created and ran the popular, and award-winning, Soul Café and Restaurant in Kings Lynn. He has now created "Soul Kitchen" offering private and events catering, and a delicious range of Caribbean-inspired sauces and ready-meals available to buy in delicatessens and Farm shops across Norfolk.
